Hopefully after our intro chat, we've decided to work together. If so, our team will create a custom quote for you based on your project needs. We'll send it to you via email and we'll wait for your approval.
Once you have approved the quote, we will convert it into an invoice. The invoice will serve as our service agreement. In most cases, 50% down payment is due before the work begins, but we do offer payment terms to fit any budget!
After we receive payment, we will schedule a Creative Brief with you and your team. Here, we will talk in detail about the project. We'll dig until we get all we need to do our thing!
The purpose of a kick-off meeting is to ensure that your project is everything you paid for. We'll use this time to make sure that we're all on the same page with your goals, budget, timeline, and everything in between. Then we'll send you an email
Before we hand over the project, we'll make sure you're completely happy! And when you are, we will deliver the final invoice to you along with your project. We'll make sure the hand-off is smooth, and we'll stick with you as long as you need us.
